Boussoukaya-Nasr has been in her current role since April 2012. As part of her present function, she is in charge of asset liability management, asset allocation and manager selection, continuously increasing the focus on environmental, social and governance (ESG) matters, with a special emphasis on climate change. She joined the €36 billion fund in August 2006 to lead its asset allocation team, after spending just over two years in charge of total return strategies at Ixis Asset Management – now part of the Natixis Group. Previously, she had been an asset allocation portfolio manager at Lazard Frères Gestion. Boussoukaya-Nasr is a 1992 graduate of HEC Paris business school.
